Akbük is a small holiday resort located between the pine forests that surround Didim and Bodrum, right on the southwest coast of Aegean Sea. It’s known for its moisture-free weather and especially recommended for asthmatic patients. Temperature ranges from 40 degrees in summers and 11 degrees in winters. It is a 1 hour 45 minute drive from Izmir Airport and transportation from Bodrum Airport takes only half an hour.
Tourists are mostly from England, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Also Akbük is a popular area amongst local tourists coming from Aydın, Ankara, İzmir and other surrounding cities. The most important tourist investment in the region is the Kaplankaya Project, which includes major hotel brands such as Six Senses and villas with appealing to high society. Other major hotels in the area are Ramada Hotel, Aurum Hotel and Caprice Hotel. Beside these major hotels, there are many local hotels in the region.
Club Harmonia is located on the seafront of Akbük center. This property can be used both as all year around the hotel or as a summer hotel. Temperate, moisture-free and abundant oxygenated air makes it possible to use it for health tourism. In addition, the hotel’s is just 1 hour between 2 and half hour away from most popular ancient cities in Turkey (ancient city of Ephesus, Pamukkale, ancient city of Hierapolis, Temple of Apollo, the ancient city of Miletus and the ancient city of Aphrodisias) The hotel makes it suitable for cultural tourism between April – May / 15 September – 15 November
The hotel is 100 meters from the seaside, 100 meters from the bazaar, 300 meters from the beachfront restaurants and the Akbük Port.
Club Harmonia, which is built on a 5.545 square meters land with a 140-meter long sea and road border, has 15.600 square meters covered area in total and an open area of 6.000 square meters. The land in front of the beach, which makes the hotel right next to the coast and the sea, is 2.713 square meters. In front of this plot, the application process has been started for the construction of a 750 square meter pier to be used as sun terraces. The total land area of the hotel is 8.258 square meters. In addition to this, there are 5 plots of land in front of the hotel, which are open to daily use and which are for sale. If they were to be bought, the total open area of the hotel can be increased to 19,488 square meters and the total land area can be increased to 21,746 square meters. Incorporation of these pieces of land to the hotel would increase the value of the hotel by 100%.
The hotel has a total of 206 rooms and 714 beds. Half of the rooms have sea and pool views and the other half have a view of the pine forest. With 12 offices facing the main road, it can serve both to the hotel customer and the street customers. There is a sauna, massage and hammam access.

1346607 application number was applied to the reconciliation peace in order to make separate deeds to the shops and to facilitate the resettlement process. The project is ready to be completed in 6 months according to the hotel’s business strategy and concept, which is already 80% complete with cabbage, plaster, electrical installation, plumbing and bathroom ceramics.
The hotel was previously built by a construction company that has successfully completed several successful summer housing projects targeting the UK and Scandinavian markets. The plot that the hotel is constructed on and the land that connects the hotel to the sea both belong to the same construction company. The sale of the hotel will be done via transfer of the company in order to benefit from the tax exemption for both the buyer and the seller. The company has a 12-year history of success, has no loans and has quite a high credibility.
